Common editor questions
Clear answers for the next click.
Why does the online stamp maker open with a sample design?
The sample gives you a working set of editable text, borders and shapes. Replace or delete those layers, or open a stamp template that is closer to the result you need.
How do I change text around a round stamp?
Select the curved text layer in the Layers panel, replace the wording, then adjust font size, letter spacing and position until the line sits evenly inside the border.
Can I upload my company logo to a stamp template?
Yes. Choose Image in the editor and upload a clean PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. A simple one-color logo usually stays clearest at real stamp size.
What does Stamp wear change?
Stamp wear adds controlled gaps and roughness to imitate ink on paper. Use Light or Soft for small wording; Rough and Distressed work better on larger, simpler designs.
Why should I check the plate size before downloading?
A design can look clear on a large screen but become crowded on a small physical stamp. Set the intended size in millimetres and check that fine text and narrow borders remain readable.
Should I download PNG, SVG or EPS?
PNG is convenient for Word, slides, websites and email. SVG and EPS are scalable files for printers, engravers and production work. The pricing page compares every included format.
Where are my saved stamp designs?
My Library is available to accounts with active monthly, yearly or lifetime access. Sign in with the same account used at checkout to reopen, duplicate and revise saved designs.
What information should I include in a support request?
When you send a support request, include the page, template or control you used, what you expected, what happened instead, and the checkout email or order reference when the problem involves payment or files.
