Do you sell credits or prepaid download packs?
No. Stamp Creator Online has three clear choices: buy the files for one finished stamp, subscribe for unlimited use, or make one lifetime purchase. There are no credits to count or download packs to manage.
What is included with a subscription?
Monthly and yearly subscriptions include unlimited stamp downloads during the active billing period, every supported export format and My Library. The Library stores up to 200 editable designs on your account without automatic expiry.
What does lifetime access mean?
Lifetime access is a single payment for permanent use of the stamp editor, unlimited supported downloads and My Library. It does not renew.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Monthly and yearly billing can be managed through the secure Stripe customer portal linked on this page. Your access remains available through the end of the period you already paid for.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly unlimited access?
Monthly access is currently $15.90 instead of the regular $19.90 and renews each month. Yearly access is $119 instead of $238.80, covers 365 days and works out to $9.92 per month. Both include the same unlimited downloads and My Library tools while active.
Why is yearly access recommended?
Yearly access costs $119.80 less than twelve months at the regular $19.90 monthly rate and avoids a payment every month. It is a practical choice when stamp work continues throughout the year.
Is lifetime access a subscription?
No. Lifetime access is one $299 payment with no renewal. It keeps the stamp editor, unlimited supported downloads and My Library available permanently for the account.
Does a one-stamp purchase include My Library?
No. A one-stamp purchase is for the finished design and selected file package. My Library is included with monthly, yearly and lifetime account access.
Which one-time stamp file option should I choose?
Choose PNG for documents and web use, Vector for SVG and EPS production files, or Complete files when you also need JPG, PDF and DOCX. The design can be finished before you choose.
Do I need an account to subscribe?
Yes. Signing in connects the active monthly, yearly or lifetime entitlement and editable My Library designs to the correct account. A one-time stamp download does not require an account.
Is checkout handled securely?
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stamp Creator Online does not collect or store full card numbers. After payment, the browser returns to the editor to prepare the purchased files.
