Online stamp maker terms of use

Acceptance and eligibility

These terms govern your access to and use of Stamp Creator Online, including the browser editor, account features, My Library, paid access and downloadable stamp files. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Using the service

You may use the website to create and export stamp artwork for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not impersonate an authority, falsify records, misrepresent approval, infringe another person’s rights, upload malicious content, probe or bypass security, automate access in a way that burdens the service, share or resell account access, or otherwise use the service unlawfully.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly through the Support page if you believe your account or payment details have been misused.

Your content

You remain responsible for names, logos, symbols, images and other material you upload or place in a stamp. You confirm that you have all permissions needed to use that content and that it does not violate intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and store your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Templates, exports and licenses

Templates are starting points. You are responsible for checking the final wording, dimensions, legal validity and suitability of every exported file before use. A digital stamp is not a government-issued seal, professional certification, signature or guarantee of authenticity.

Subject to payment and these terms, you may use your exported files for your own lawful personal or business purposes. You may not resell the service, templates or source assets as standalone products, or represent them as exclusively owned by you.

Plans, billing and renewal

Current prices, plan periods and included features are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. One-stamp downloads and lifetime access are one-time purchases. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the payment provider shown at checkout, which may be Stripe or Waffo Pancake, to collect each recurring charge and applicable taxes.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available customer billing portal or by contacting Support from your registered email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not normally produce a refund for time already used. Lifetime access means access for as long as the applicable service remains offered and is not a recurring subscription.

Refund policy for digital products

A one-time downloadable product that has not been downloaded may be refunded if you request the refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. A first subscription or lifetime-access payment may also be refunded within 7 calendar days only if no paid file has been downloaded and the paid service has not otherwise been materially used.

Once a paid digital file has been downloaded or its download has begun, that digital product is delivered and is not refundable. Subscription renewals, partially used billing periods and lifetime access that has been used are otherwise non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

We will refund confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges. If a service outage within our reasonable control prevents paid use for at least 72 consecutive hours, we may provide a proportionate refund or service credit. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, withdrawal or consumer right under applicable law.

Submit a refund request through the Support page with the payment email, order or checkout reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

User breach and enforcement

If you violate these terms, misuse the service, infringe third-party rights, fail to pay, attempt fraud or create a security or legal risk, we may remove affected content, restrict downloads or features, suspend access, cancel entitlements, or terminate your account. We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, payment networks or third parties, and otherwise may give you an opportunity to correct the breach.

Access terminated because of your breach is not eligible for a refund except where applicable law requires one. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for direct losses, reasonable investigation and enforcement costs, and third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, misuse or material breach. You may contact Support if you believe enforcement was made in error.

Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update, add, remove or discontinue service features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, permanent storage of editable designs, or compatibility with every browser, device, printer or third-party application. Keep independent copies of files and designs that are important to you.

If we end a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach before the end of a prepaid subscription period, we will provide a proportionate refund or a reasonably equivalent remedy unless prohibited by law. Downloaded products remain subject to the refund policy above.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service, templates and exports are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, legal effect or uninterrupted availability. You use and rely on all outputs at your own risk and should obtain professional advice when a stamp may have legal, regulatory or contractual significance.

We are not responsible for third-party services, payment systems, linked websites, user-supplied content, or changes made to a file after download. No online service can guarantee that data will never be lost or that security controls will prevent every incident.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamp Creator Online and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunities, arising from or related to the service, even if advised that such loss was possible.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Stamp Creator Online for the service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Termination and account closure

These terms apply while you use the service. You may stop using it at any time and may request account closure through the Support page. Closing an account ends access to My Library and account-based entitlements, but it does not by itself create a refund or reverse a completed download.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, content responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute-related provisions—continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law or business practices. We will post the revised terms and update the date above. For material changes affecting paid users, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the website, account or registered email when practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
