A custom stamp maker.
Done carefully.

Stamp Creator Online turns a familiar production task into a focused browser workflow.

Editable before export.

A stamp is built from text, borders, shapes and images. Keeping those parts editable makes every revision faster.

Browser first.

No desktop install, no oversized creative suite and no image-generation prompt between you and the result.

The product principles

Direct controls

A user should know what will change before touching a control.

Useful output

The exported file matters more than decorative features around the editor.

Room to revise

A changed address should not mean redrawing a whole stamp. Text, borders and logos remain separate while you work in the editor.

From a working layout to a useful file

People use the editor for return addresses, company details, book ownership marks and short document notices. Each needs a different balance of text and space. The templates supply a starting structure; your wording, dimensions and logo turn it into something you can use.

You can design and preview without paying. When the artwork is ready, the stamp download packages explain the available file formats. This is a digital design service: it does not manufacture or ship a physical stamp. For questions about editing or exports, start with the editor help.

What people make with the stamp maker

Company seals and business stamps

A round seal with the registered name around the ring, a rectangular stamp with an address and tax number, or a received-and-approved mark for invoices. The company seal templates are the largest collection, and the company seal maker guides cover wording, logos and size.

Artwork for a physical rubber stamp

Many people design the stamp here and send the file to a local manufacturer. A clean master without ink wear, the right plate size and a vector export make that handoff easier. The rubber stamp creator guides explain what a manufacturer usually asks for.

Digital stamps for documents

A transparent PNG placed on a PDF, a Word letter or an email, sized so it sits next to a signature without covering text. The guides to digital stamp files compare PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, PDF and DOCX, and the stamp image tools resize, crop, rotate or clean up a file you already have.

Personal and small-event stamps

Return addresses, library ownership marks, classroom feedback stamps, thank-you stamps for packaging and wedding monograms. These are quick projects for the free stamp maker: design and preview cost nothing, and you only pay for the file you download.

How the stamp generator works

Every design is built from separate layers: curved text that follows a ring, straight lines, borders, symbols and uploaded images. You choose a round, rectangular or triangular shape, set the plate size in millimetres, and adjust fonts, spacing, ink colour and wear while the preview updates. Because the layers stay separate, a new address or department is an edit rather than a redraw. Any signed-in account can keep designs in My Library and reopen them later: up to 50 on a free account, or 1,000 with clean images on a paid plan.

When the design is ready, the PNG package gives you a transparent image, the vector package adds SVG and EPS, and the complete package adds JPG, PDF and DOCX. You can try the whole workflow in the stamp generator online before deciding on a download.
