Company seals
68 editable designs
Company seals give business paperwork a consistent identity without forcing you to rebuild the same layout each time. These designs are intended for owners, administrators and small teams preparing letters, approvals, invoices or internal records with a company name, location, registration line or logo.
Every preview opens as editable layers in the online stamp maker, so you can change the wording, border, symbol, dimensions and ink color before choosing a download.

Start with the company name, then add only the details the document needs. The place name or registration line can sit inside the main ring without competing with it. Review the seal at its intended size; a logo that looks detailed on screen can become a dark patch when reduced. For a less formal contact block, compare the business layouts.

A seal is small, so decide which information is essential before filling it. The company name usually needs the clearest space. A place name or short registration line can support it, while an email address, telephone number and full postal address may be easier to read in the letterhead.
Compare the seal against your existing stationery. Matching the spelling, punctuation and legal suffix matters more than matching a particular decorative border. If several documents use different versions of the name, settle that wording before making more designs. The company seal maker guides cover the practical arrangement of these details.
Try the logo on its own before adding text around it. A detailed crest or long tagline can become indistinct at a small size. If the logo needs more space, remove an optional inner ring or move a short supporting line instead of squeezing everything together. A text-only centre is a reasonable choice when the name already identifies the business.
Leave a gap around every element. The ring, logo and letters should still be separate when the seal is viewed at the size used on a document. Check a monochrome copy if the paperwork is likely to be printed or photocopied.
A shared company seal can need a different location or department line without changing its main identity. Keep each reviewed version separately and compare its small text before export. Descriptive filenames make it easier to select the correct branch when adding the stamp to a letter.
If you need digital stamp files in vector form for a designer or manufacturer, check the uploaded logo as well as the lettering. A bitmap logo is still limited by its original pixels. Ask the recipient which format they accept and retain the editable design for the next change of details.
Step one is choosing a frame. A double-ring round seal is the classic format, while a square layout suits a short name paired with a logo. Step two is the outer text: type the registered company name, including its suffix, and let it follow the upper curve. Step three is the lower arc, which often holds a city, a founding year or the word “Seal”. Add only what your documents genuinely need.
Step four is the centre. Upload a transparent logo, or use a simple star or the company initials when no logo exists, and keep a ring of empty space around it. Step five is sizing: set the plate diameter in millimetres, preview at that size, and choose a heavier font weight if the small letters fade. The free stamp maker lets you repeat these steps as many times as you like before deciding whether to download. If the seal also needs a formal registration line, compare the corporate stamp templates.
A company seal can do more than sit beside a signature. Some businesses add it to share certificates, board minutes or contract cover pages; others place a lighter version on letterheads and gift vouchers. Each use suggests a different level of detail. A certificate can carry the full name, year and logo, while a letterhead mark often works better as initials inside a single ring, printed small near the footer. A voucher, by contrast, can afford a brand colour and a slightly playful border.
Wording can vary as well. A lower arc reading “Est. 2015” gives a seal a heritage feel, a line such as “Accounts Department” turns it into an internal approval mark, and a short motto suits a family business. Whatever you add, keep the legal name identical to your records. A designed seal is artwork and does not create legal standing on its own. Our company seal maker guide shows how far to take decoration before the name stops reading clearly.
A business with more than one office may need the same company identity with different location lines. Keep the shared name consistent and review each version separately instead of changing several details from memory. If a letter already has a full contact block, the seal may not need to repeat it. Check which version belongs to the document before exporting and use a filename that makes the location easy to identify.
Keep the editable design when you expect details to change. Exported PNG and JPG files are flattened images; they do not preserve the separate name, logo and border layers.

Choose a company seal template, type your registered name into the outer ring and add a location or year to the lower arc. Editing happens in the stamp maker online free of charge, so you can test fonts, borders and logos before paying anything. A download starts at $2.50 for a transparent PNG.
Most company seals show the full registered name around the top, a location or incorporation year along the bottom, and a logo, star or initials in the centre. Some add a registration number when their paperwork already uses one. Keep only details that help identify the business; contact information usually belongs on the letterhead instead.
The file you download is a digital design. Stamp Creator Online does not register companies, verify ownership or give a seal any legal status. Whether a seal is required or accepted depends on your jurisdiction and on the organisation receiving the document, so check with them before relying on it.
Use a transparent PNG for letters, PDFs and invoices. A manufacturer producing a self-inking or rubber seal often asks for vector artwork, which the $2.90 package supplies as SVG and EPS alongside the PNG. Our guide to digital stamp files explains what each format keeps and what it loses.
