The right package depends on where the stamp will go next. An invoice may only need a transparent image. A designer or stamp manufacturer may need vectors. Someone preparing several kinds of documents may want the complete set. Finish the wording and layout first, then choose the formats that match that use.
The PNG package provides a stamp image with a transparent background. It is useful when you want to place the mark on a letter, invoice, presentation or web page without a white box around it. Finish the wording in the online stamp maker, then choose suitable export dimensions and check the image at the size you intend to use.
PNG is a raster format: the design is made of pixels. Enlarging a small copy cannot recover missing detail, and the text is no longer a separate editable layer. Keep your editable design if you expect a name, address or date to change. For a straightforward document placement, you may not need any of the additional formats.
The vector package includes the PNG image plus SVG and EPS. It is different from both the PNG-only package and the complete package. Choose it when you need scalable artwork for a design workflow or when a stamp manufacturer asks for a vector file; the rubber stamp creator guides explain what a manufacturer usually checks. EPS is prepared separately rather than arriving as an immediate browser export.
Vector text and shapes can scale without the pixelation of an enlarged raster image. An uploaded bitmap logo remains a bitmap inside the design, however. The complete package includes PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, PDF and DOCX. It adds document and solid-background formats to the vector package. This can be useful when the same stamp needs to be passed between several applications or supplied in more than one form, such as a business seal kept for letters and records. The formats are different ways to use the finished artwork; buying more formats does not correct spelling or rearrange a crowded layout. JPG does not preserve transparency. PDF is a document format, and DOCX is a Word document format; neither should be confused with the original layered design in the editor. Keep that source separately for future revisions.
A one-time package suits a finished design when you know which files you need. If you regularly return to the custom stamp maker to make new stamps or revise existing ones, compare the subscription and lifetime options shown above. Read the billing interval, access period and included features together instead of comparing the price alone.
Account access and exported files serve different purposes. My Library keeps editable designs for ongoing work: a free account can keep up to 50 with watermarked previews, and paid plans keep up to 1,000 with clean images. A downloaded image is the finished artwork. Think about whether your next task will be placing the same image again or opening the design to change its text, logo or layout.
Check the selected package, the checkout email and the final total, including any applicable tax. Review names, numbers and dates in the preview once more. If a manufacturer will use the artwork, confirm the file format and dimensions with them first. This purchase supplies digital stamp files; it does not include a physical stamp or shipping. After purchase, open the files in the intended application and inspect the background, proportions and fine lettering. Keep the order reference while waiting for separately prepared EPS files. If something is missing, include the reference and requested format when contacting support so the order can be identified. Keep a master copy before making smaller versions for different documents.

Our old seal was a blurry scan from years ago. I picked a round template, typed our registered name into the outer ring and swapped the star for our logo. The curved text took a couple of tries because our name is long, but the spacing controls sorted it. I bought the vector pack so our local printer could make the physical stamp from the SVG, and he said the file was clean. Best company seal maker I've tried, and I tried a few.
Easy to replace every detail
Needed a rubber stamp style seal with our firm name, GST number and city for invoices. The India seal templates already had the right layout, so I only replaced the text. I liked that I could design everything first and pay only when the preview looked right. $2.50 for the PNG was fine for us.
The SVG export is actually usable
I design stationery for clients and needed a round seal quickly. Most stamp tools hand you a flat image; this one gave me proper digital stamp files, and the SVG opened in Illustrator with editable shapes. The EPS took a little longer to be ready, which the site tells you up front. I'll use it again for client work.

Payments are processed through secure Stripe checkout. The methods shown depend on your country and device and usually include major credit and debit cards, plus wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where Stripe supports them.
Yes. Stripe processes every payment, and your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout rather than stored on our servers. A receipt is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Yes. The yearly plan includes the same features as the monthly plan for 365 days instead of 30, at a lower cost per month: $119 a year compared with $15.90 a month. It suits teams that make stamps all year with our online stamp maker.
Canceling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Files you have already downloaded stay on your device. You can subscribe again later to export new designs from the stamp maker.
Cancel through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting Support from your registered email; the plan then ends at the end of the current billing period. A purchase can be refunded within 7 days only if no paid file has been downloaded. Downloaded files and used subscription periods are not refundable.
Agencies that create many stamps usually choose the yearly or lifetime plan, which include unlimited stamp creation and downloads. Each plan covers one account, and account access must not be shared. For other arrangements, contact Support.
Each plan is billed to one account for that account holder's use. Downloaded stamp files can be shared with colleagues, but if several people need to design in the editor, each person needs their own account and plan.
You can let the subscription end and buy a one-time download from $2.50 when you need one more file, or keep the subscription if you expect to make more stamps soon.
