How to customize this text stamp template

  1. 1

    Replace the sample wording

Select each text layer and type your own details, starting with the longest line. It decides how much room the rest of the stamp has. Copy names and numbers from the original record rather than from memory.

  2. 2

    Balance the straight lines

Keep the most important line the largest and give every other line enough space to stay readable at the final size. Shorten optional wording before shrinking every letter.

  3. 3

Add a logo only if it helps

You can upload a logo or symbol, but a stamp with short wording often reads better without one. If you add an image, keep it clear of the text and border.

  4. 4

    Set the size and download

The template starts at 44 × 14 mm. Set the final size, place a preview on the document where the stamp will be used, then choose the file. Editing is free; downloads start at $2.50 for a transparent PNG.
