Beauty Salon & Spa Stamp Maker
Create the stamps a salon, nail bar or spa reaches for at reception: loyalty card marks, appointment card blocks, numbered gift voucher stamps, aftercare and patch-test stamps, and a logo stamp for retail bags.

Most stamping in a salon happens at the reception desk, between the card reader and the appointment book. A client leaves with the next booking written on a stamped card and one more mark on a loyalty card. Gift vouchers go out with a serial number and an expiry date, and aftercare sheets for lashes, brows, waxing or a peel carry the therapist's name and a number to call. Patch-test results are stamped onto the client record card, retail products leave in a paper bag closed with the salon logo, and printed treatment menus carry the salon stamp so a new phone number does not mean reprinting the whole stack.
This salon stamp maker opens a beauty layout in the editor above. Swap the sample name for your salon or therapist name, add the booking number or social handle, upload your logo, and look at the result at the real size of a loyalty-card square or a voucher corner. The same online stamp maker also builds the plain stamps a front desk needs, such as a date line, a single PAID or a one-word visit mark, so the whole set shares one style.
Decide early how much a stamp has to prove. A loyalty mark in a common color can be copied with a shop-bought stamp in a minute, so if the reward is a free treatment rather than a small discount, pair each mark with staff initials or a date, or count visits in your booking system as well. For gift vouchers the serial number does the real work: keep a register of every number issued and redeemed, and the stamp only has to show that the voucher is yours.
Stamps a beauty salon uses
A salon rarely needs a single stamp; it needs a small set, each one sized for the card, sheet or bag it lands on.
Loyalty card mark
R&F inside a small leaf outline · ROSE & FERN
One mark per visit in a 12–15 mm square. Initials inside a simple shape read better at this size than a full salon name in script.
Appointment card block
YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT · Date ______ · Time ______ · With ______ · 24 hours' notice to change · (555) 014-2290
Stamped on the back of a plain business card, it replaces printed appointment cards. Leave each line long enough for a quickly written date and time.
Gift voucher stamp
GIFT VOUCHER · No. 0147 · For ______ · Treatment or value ______ · Valid until ______
Turns good card stock into a voucher. Number vouchers by hand or with a numbering stamp, and enter every number in a voucher register.
Aftercare card stamp
AFTERCARE · Treatment ______ · Therapist ______ · Date ______ · Questions? (555) 014-2290
Adds who carried out the treatment and how to reach the salon to printed advice for lashes, brows, waxing, peels or nails. The care instructions stay printed.
Patch-test record
PATCH TEST · Date ______ · Product ______ · Area ______ · Result ______ · Initials ______
For the client record card before tints, lash lifts and hair color. It records what was done; timing and method come from the product manufacturer.
Bag and gift box stamp
ROSE & FERN STUDIO · Hair · Nails · Skin · 14 Linden Row
Kraft bags, tissue seals, sample pots and gift boxes. A 40–50 mm round with a bold logo survives textured paper better than fine script.
Treatment menu and receipt stamp
ROSE & FERN STUDIO · 14 Linden Row, Brookfield · (555) 014-2290 · @roseandfern
For price lists, receipts and supplier orders. When a phone number or handle changes, a new stamp costs far less than a fresh print run of menus.

How to make stamps for your salon
- 1
Gather details and measurements
Note the salon name as it appears on the sign, your booking number and social handle, and the format of your voucher numbers. Then measure the loyalty-card squares and the free space on the back of your appointment cards.
- 2
Give each job its own size
Set the plate size before you edit: a small round or square for loyalty marks, a rectangle for appointment and aftercare blocks, a larger round for bags. One design scaled to every use rarely works.
- 3
Fit the logo and the writing lines
Upload your logo as clean single-color artwork and remove fine shading. On blocks with handwriting lines, leave about 6 mm between lines so a pen fits, and keep script fonts for the salon name only.
- 4
Test on your own card stock
Print the PNG at 100% on the actual card and fill in the blanks with a pen. If the lines feel cramped or the logo blurs, adjust it, then export the final file for your printer or stamp manufacturer.
Size, ink and files
Starting points for salon stamps; measure your own cards before you decide.
- Size
- Loyalty marks work at 10–15 mm, appointment and aftercare blocks at about 50 × 30 mm, and bag or box stamps at 40–50 mm across. More shapes to compare are in the custom stamp templates.
- Ink color
- Match your brand color for bag and loyalty stamps, but use black or dark navy for anything with handwritten dates or voucher numbers, which must stay readable on a phone photo or a scan.
- Smallest text
- Phone numbers and handles need about 7 pt or more. Thin script fonts close up below about 9 pt, so set the salon name larger and the contact details in a plain sans-serif.
- Files
- Use a PNG with a transparent background for printed cards, menus and e-vouchers, and an SVG when a manufacturer cuts the rubber or polymer plate. The PNG and SVG stamp downloads are explained on the pricing page.
- Coated cards
- Glossy, laminated or soft-touch loyalty cards repel ordinary pad ink, which then smudges in a bag. Choose matte uncoated card where you stamp, or ask your supplier for quick-drying ink made for coated surfaces.
Salon stamp questions
How do I stop clients copying loyalty card stamps?
No rubber stamp is impossible to copy, but you can make copying pointless. Use an unusual ink color, add a staff initial or a date next to each mark, and keep the stamp behind the desk. For bigger rewards, record visits in your booking software too, so the card becomes a reminder rather than the only proof.
What should a salon gift voucher include?
The salon name, a unique serial number, either a value or a named treatment, the issue date, an expiry date and a line on how to book. Some countries and states set minimum validity periods for gift vouchers or restrict expiry dates, so check your local consumer rules before you stamp a date on them.
Can I put my salon logo in the stamp?
Yes. Upload the logo in the editor and place it in the center of a round layout or beside the text in a rectangle. Logos with gradients, photos or very fine lines need simplifying first, because a stamp prints one solid color and loses detail finer than about 0.3 mm.
Is a stamp enough to record a patch test?
It gives you a consistent place to write the date, product, area, result and who carried out the test, which makes records easier to check later. How and when to test still follows the product manufacturer's instructions, and your insurer may ask for its own record format, so check with them as well.
Can I use the stamp design on e-vouchers and social media?
Yes. Export a PNG with a transparent background and place it on emailed gift vouchers, booking confirmations or a highlight cover. On an e-voucher, the serial number and your register still decide whether it is valid; the stamp image only shows the client where the voucher came from.
